The design function comprises of a highly competent team of senior mechanical, electrical, and control system engineers. We are able to provide clients with the total engineering solution from conceptual ideas, equipment specification through to the detailed design. Our core design business focuses on heavy mechanical handling and process plant layouts, and associated equipment from screw conveyors, pressure vessels through to power stations.

Our modern ten-station Design Office produce layout and detailed drawings for manufacture using AutoCAD, 3-D Inventor and Solidworks packages. The highly qualified CAD design engineers have expert knowledge of technical engineering, process, mechanical and heavy fabrication welding structures. We carry out design calculations, C&I interface, P&ID & process flow schemes with pressure vessel and steam systems designed to PED5500. |
